Thank you for visiting my website.

I was born into a traditional family with over 500 years of history in the Japanese countryside, raised surrounded by nature and watched over by the spirits of the land and my ancestors. As a child, I loved animals and drawing, and I was always sensing something subtle — something floating and filling the space around me. It was difficult to describe, yet deeply real.

As I grew older, I left my homeland and gradually lost touch with that sense. I went to university, began working, and moved often. My life became full — busy, exciting, and filled with people and new experiences — enough to forget that “something” delicate but essential.

Then, when I moved to New Mexico, everything came back vividly. The land there, still holding the natural spirit of the earth and the Native American people, reawakened my sense of connection — to the land, the sky, the animals, and the plants. I realized again that there is something beyond the visible layer of reality. Something subtle, yet immense. The fundamental force of the universe. It can be called by many names, but I like to call it “Intelligence.”

This Intelligence creates everything and fills the universe. It makes flowers bloom, birds fly, and rain fall. It lets me paint. It is full of abundance and mystery, and I can’t help but feel awe before it.

Now, I live in Florida, again surrounded by nature as I was in childhood. The subtropical flora and fauna bring me endless joy and inspiration.

For me, making art is an act of admiration for this great Intelligence — a way to honor the wonder that creates all things.
