Let it flow

Not letting your mind bother the natural flow of your life force leads your work to the right direction.
Mind has such egoistic energy to stop your natural energetic flow.
It’s oftentimes too confident like “I know the right way”, but actually not.
It actually should be the best supporter for the natural life force to let it spontaneously express.
To paint is such a great teacher for me to understand many things deeply.

頭で考えることよりも、なぜだか分からないけれどそう思ったり、体が勝手にそう動いてしまったりする方向へ流された方が、良いものが生み出されたりする。

思考は賢そうに見えて、実はエゴの塊。 いつだって自然なフローを止めにかかろうとする。

思考というのは本当は、この命の自然な働きを最大限に発現させるためのサポーターにすぎない。

主役はその、偉大な命の働きの方。

そのフローを出来るだけ邪魔しないでスムーズに流してあげることで、色んなことが生き生きと輝きだす。
